Now Accepting 2023 Scholarship Applications!

Visual Media Alliance offers graphic arts scholarships to attract new talent to our industry and improve the skills of our existing workforce.

The general fund is supported by the Guy and Louise Condrott Scholarship Fund, Inc. and the VMA Scholarship Fund through various fundraising events throughout the year. 

Who Should Apply

The VMA graphic arts scholarship program is for applicants who are current students enrolled in an accredited college or university that offers a certificate or degree related to graphic communications.

Awards

Up to 20 scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded per calendar year.

Requirements
  1. See and complete scholarship application here. 
  2. Include three design-related work samples. Include a creative brief and your approach. 
  3. Attach proof of student status, official school transcript, and upcoming class schedule. For first-year college students, college acceptance letter and high school transcript.
  4. Submit a letter of recommendation from your instructor. (This can be emailed separately from the instructor.) 
  5. Email complete scholarship application to Shannon Wolford at shannon@visualmediaalliance.org
Deadline

To be eligible for a scholarship, applications and required documents must be turned in by May 31st 2023.
