On Line Bindery Inc., Expansion

On Line Bindery, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its operating footprint through the acquisition of J’s Trade Bindery in Belmont, Ca.

On Line Bindery has grown continuously since its establishment in 1990, through the persistent delivery of quality bindery and finishing services. It has successfully integrated a range of different capabilities to become one of the largest binderies on the West Coast. Ernest Lompa, the President and CEO of On Line Bindery, structured and led the acquisition in pursuit of his life-long dream to bring a large array of finishing operations under one roof. “The acquisition of an exceptional team from J’s Bindery is helping us to achieve a strategic goal,” Ernest said. “Bringing together two talented groups of bindery professionals significantly advances our mission to be the best in the West,” he continued.

As members of On Line Bindery, the J’s team will provide vital contributions to On Line’s plan to enhance and offer unsurpassed finishing services including foil stamping, embossing, UV coating, film lamination, case binding and envelope conversion to the printing industry. “J’s is thrilled to join the On Line family,” said Jai Kumar, J’s founder. “Our team is passionate about the industry, and we feel we can provide a significant contribution to On Line’s existing organization. Together, we can work to offer unsurpassed services to the Western United States,” he added.
